As a “butcher” established 54 years ago, “Meat Fugane” is based on the principle of “maximizing the deliciousness of meat and delivering it to people,” conveying the value of Iwate’s rich meat culture to the world, and connecting it to the next generation.
It tastes like the climate of Iwate. Japan’s first additive-free beef craft ham made from rare Iwate Shorthorn Wagyu beef.
Then in 2018, the company began producing Iwate Shorthorn Wagyu Cecina and began selling it in 2020.
It is the only additive-free processed beef aging product in Japan and is gradually gaining recognition.
Iwate Shorthorn Wagyu Beef is certified as “Ark of Taste,” also known as the World Heritage of Food. It is one of Japan’s leading natural brands, raised by taking advantage of the cattle’s natural vitality and the climate of Iwate.
